The Prodigal Son

Luke 15:11–32 (Junior Version)

The Prodigal Son

Jesus told a story about a man who had two sons. The younger son asked his father for his share of the family money and left home to live in a faraway country.

He spent all his money on parties and fun until nothing was left. Then a famine came, and he had to feed pigs just to survive.

One day, he realised how foolish he had been. He decided to go home and tell his father he was sorry.

When his father saw him coming, he ran to meet him, hugged him, and welcomed him back. The father threw a big celebration because his lost son had returned.

Jesus said this story shows how much God loves us — He forgives us when we turn back to Him.
