You can expect a very warm welcome at Northgate URC.
We are a very friendly and relaxed congregation. We believe the church of God is a welcome space for all.
You can wear what you are comfortable in and come just as you are.
Each week we have a different preacher. Our Minister, Reverend Nadene Snyman, is with us once a month and on the other three weeks we have a range of preachers from the area.
We sing hymns, read the bible, say prayers and have a talk from the preacher.
We share Communion once a month on the first Sunday of the month. Everyone is welcome to join us and take Communion.
Children are welcome and there is a table at the back of the church with various activities to do through the service. There is a quiet room in the church where stories are read and talks with children are had, or it is just a great space for them to play.
